Reflecting on 2024: A Note from Our CEO

2024 has been a year of reflection, growth, and adaptation for The Pizza Oven Store. As we continue to navigate a post-COVID world, the landscape of the pizza oven industry has shifted significantly. With new competitors and ovens emerging almost monthly, and large department stores and "brown box" online retailers adding pizza ovens to their ranges, the demand for these products has never been higher.

But this trend underscores something critical: the value of expertise. While big retailers can offer volume, they can’t provide what we do—a true understanding of pizza ovens and the ability to guide customers toward the perfect oven for their needs.

8 Years of Passion for Pizza Good Times

At The Pizza Oven Store, everything we do is driven by our love for pizza and the good times that come with it. For the past eight years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to helping customers elevate their pizza-making experiences with premium brands that we trust and stand by.

This year, we reassessed our relationships with some brands that have been part of our journey since the beginning. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was necessary to ensure our business is built on solid foundations. We remain committed to representing only the best brands in the industry—brands that share our dedication to quality and provide the same level of world-class support to us and our customers.

Diversification has been a major focus for us in 2024. We’ve strengthened our offering to include a range of premium products across various price points, carefully selecting a limited number of brands that meet our high standards. Backed by world-class warranties, this ensures we can continue to provide the exceptional customer service that has defined us from the start.

Adapting and Growing Together

This year also brought exciting changes to our small Northern Beaches, Sydney team. With new members joining us, we’ve laid the groundwork for an even brighter 2025. Our small but passionate team is committed to thriving in this competitive space, always prioritizing our product offering and, most importantly, our support to you—our valued customer.

The Rise of Argheri

2024 has been an exciting year for our own brand, Argheri, with both the Forzo Napoli-style ovens and the Ziola electric oven making a strong impact.

The Argheri Forzo Napoli-style ovens have continued to delight our customers, whether in restaurants or homes. Their unique, customizable design has become a favorite, creating lasting memories as families and friends gather to cook delicious food. The Forzo ovens are now being recognized across Australia, with word of mouth and recommendations bringing new customers eager to enhance their spaces with one of these beautiful ovens.

To keep up with the growing demand, the Argheri factory in Sydney has been expanding and improving. This growth has also brought new members to the Argheri team, preparing us for an even bigger 2025.

It has been inspiring to see Argheri gain momentum, and I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the globe over the last two years for the development of the Argheri Ziola, a game-changing electric pizza oven that has been my passion project since 2021.

Our Ziola Electric Oven launched on pre-order in late November, marking a significant step forward for the brand. The Ziola embodies everything we stand for: innovation, quality, and the joy of pizza-making. Despite the intense competition, I truly believe this oven will revolutionize the market. Its convenience, design, and performance bring the magic of professional-grade pizza-making closer to home, setting a new standard that competitors will struggle to match.
