The Piana Wood Pellet Pizza Oven operates with food-grade wood pellets, known for their outstanding calorific performance. This means you'll experience intense, powerful, and consistent heat for a pizza that's perfectly cooked every time.

The Chef Bundle includes all the essential and tools to be the ultimate pizza party chef. Pull your pizza's in and out of the oven with the included perforated peel and then place them on the beech serving board so you can serve up in style and cut effortlessly with the ZiiPa rocking cutter. The perforated peel is a great tool which allow any excess flour and unwanted remnants from getting stuck onto your pizza base and marring the taste of your delectable creations when placing the pizza in the oven. The head of the peel is thin and flexible, allowing you to effortlessly slide your pizza onto it, ensuring a seamless transition from prep to oven. Once done with your cooking and the oven in cool pack it away in the included cover so it's safe and ready for next time.

Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven equipped with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to obtain an evenly cooked pizza.

Removable door: The door will allow you to optimize the heating time of the oven.
Fast cooking in 60 seconds : 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!

Fuels: To fuel your oven, you will have the choice: use wood, briquettes or pellets. Use the hatch located just above the drawer to restock your oven while cooking.

Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Allow around 20 minutes to obtain the correct cooking temperature: 400C.
