Made in Italy, the Hobby Series Vesuvio Wood Fired Ovens are the ready to install pre-built version of our FVR series kit ovens. The cooking floor is made from cotto clay, not concrete, allowing for maximum heat retention and perfect baking.

What's the difference between the FVR and HOBBY series of ovens?

The FVR is the kit form version. This arrives unassembled but complete with materials you'd need to build the oven (except for cement render and chicken wire). 

The HOBBY is the pre-built version of Valoriani's residential ovens which uses the components of the FVR kit oven.
