The Pizza Oven Store are proudly backed by Polito Wood Fire Ovens 5 year labour warranty on the structural integrity (i.e. it will not collapse or cave in).
The warranty is subject to the correct installation and start up as per operating instructions. The warranty is supplied during normal working hours which are Monday to Friday. Should warranty work be requested outside normal working hours, an after-hours service fee will apply. Proof of purchase must be supplied prior to any warranty work.
In the unlikely event of any issues with your Polito Giotto, The Pizza Oven Store will manage the complete warranty issue and ensure that the warrantly claim is dealt with swifty and brought to a resolution in the faster time possible.
