Well, look no further.  The Ooni 3 Piece tool set includes the Ooni 12" perforated launching pizza peel, a pizza turning peel and a wire brush for cleaning your pizza oven stone base.

These tools are ideal for making 12" pizzas. The variation with 14" peel will NOT fit the Ooni Koda 12, Karu 12, and Fyra 12. 

The Ooni 12" launching pizza peel is crafted from aluminium and feels great in the hand when launching your pizzas into your pizza oven. 

The 12" perforated launching peel maximises the removal of excess flour from the base of the peel.  And you want to avoid excess flour on your pizzas as once burnt in the oven, it can make your pizzas have a burnt taste.  No good!

So once the pizza is in the pizza oven, that's where the Ooni turning peel comes into action.  With the slightly smaller-sized head, a diameter of 17 cm, you have the maneuverability to get under the pizza and perform your pizza turn. 

Once the pizza is cooked, use the turning peel to remove and place it onto a serving board (sold separately).

But wait, don't put your following pizzas into the oven immediately; you'll want to let that stone temperature spring back or rebound to your desired cooking temperature.  Whilst waiting, give your stone a quick clean with the Ooni pizza oven brush.
